SOC doesn't change on a SE-830PLR-300

Post by ECI_Solar » Wed Sep 16, 2020 1:46 pm

We recently completed an install of a SE-830PLR-300 system and once we got the OpticsRE functioning (bad Mate3S), the SOC never changes from 87%, however battery voltage and temperature track fine. I am having a difficult time determining how to reset the SOC so that it will track. Is it possible to do through the settings in OpticsRE?

Unplugging and replugging the FNDC cable will reset the SOC to 100%. However, my guess is you have something wrong with the settings in the FNDC, the shunts are not wired correctly, or the shunts are not enabled in the FNDC.
