Maintenance Notification

We will be performing updates on our servers, Thursday 11/29 at 9:00 AM PST (17:00 UTC). This is a regular maintenance that requires taking various services offline for one to two hours. Loss of connectivity will occur for part of the update, but should be minimal. Thank you in advance for your patience while we make improvements to OPTICS RE!

4.0.3 Update List:

New Features:
Device Map: It is now possible to print a report of all device map settings, by navigating to the device map selecting a device and using the 'Print' option.
Email Alerts: Added an option for grid outage email alerts. This works by detecting a loss of AC input frequency on the master inverter.
Email Alerts: Added an option for charger state email alerts. Whenever the inverter changes battery charging state a notification will be prepared that shows the previous value, and the value it changed to. This setting can cause a lot of email for some systems, so we recommend keeping it on hourly or daily updates unless changes are needed as soon as possible.

Power Flow: Battery temperature is now displayed underneath the battery icon.
Graph: Right axis temperature selection will only show Celsius or Fahrenheit based on what option is selected in Site Settings.
Graph: Battery State of Charge and Voltage can now be plotted at the same time. by selecting "SOC Á V" in the right-axis drop-down menu.

Bug Fixes
Power Flow: Fixed an issue with the Battery <> Inverter power calculation when a system has multiple inverters, and not all inverters are charging or discharging the battery.
Account sign-up: Adjustments have been made to form validation to reduce false positive errors.
New System Wizard: Fixed an issue with profiles not appearing in the drop-down when a large amount are present.
Event History: Event times now update properly if the Site Setting 12 or 24 hour time is changed while the event history page is open.
Reset password process: Clarification made on how long it will take the reset password token to expire.
