hI I new to outback and am looking at buying an FM60 for my system it was manufactured in QI 2017 does it have the up to date firmware in it, or should I look for a newer manufacture date. Can the FM60 be update with newer firmware and if so can I do it from home?

Hello,

The latest revision is 003.003.000 released back in Q1 of 2014. So the model you are looking at (Q1 2017) should be up to date. Our charge controllers models are not year specific.
