DC Auto Transformer recommendation 24/48

Postby Stickboy on Sun Apr 20, 2008 6:45 am

Hi all,
Was wondering if anyone could provide me with alternates to the Solar Converter 24/48-10 Dc autotransformer. I know there is another company that makes one that is as efficient.

I was speaking with the Outback folks at a festival a year ago and they mentioned another company, but for the life of me I can't remember who it is...kind of a funny name iirc. i think the other transformer is significantly cheaper... Google isn't much help on this either....

thanks for the help,
mike

I have used a company called Zahn Electronics and I am very happy with their equipment. You can find them at: http://www.zahninc.com

I hope this helps.
